All booking are held in good faith for the arrival to the departure dates listed in the reservation system, at the rate specified at the time of booking. A full payment for your booking should be received by the Resort in advance of your arrival. A reservation is confirmed with a valid proof of payment. Reservations may be cancelled if any of the conditions below cannot be met and verified. Any reservation made is not confirmed or held until replied with a Letter of Confirmation or a Voucher thru email by the Resort Reservations. Once a booking is confirmed and the guest does not occupy the room on the due date, the payment would be forfeited. Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled at your request by email/call(see rescheduling policy), subject to availability.
All Rates are subject to change, without prior notice. Our accommodation in superior and deluxe rooms are good for 2 adults and 2 kids. additional charge for excess persons.

All reservations for function hall/garden are made upon and subject to the rules and regulations. The Resort reserves the right to supervise all functions. The Resort cannot assume liability for any personal property or equipment of guests or invitees brought to the Resort.
Entire Resort Rental
-Duration of 4 hours(hall/lobby, Garden) when the event starts. Additional of PHP 2,000 per hour if exceeded.
-A 20% BOND must be paid upon check in for RESORT’s assurance on safety and security of the property.
-Once cleared upon check out, the 20% BOND will be returned to the guest.
- Only accredited caterers and services are allowed to serve at the venue.
- Swimming pool use is not applicable except for persons who occupy our rooms
-Rates may vary depends on the season
We allow 10 persons to stay in the resort overnight (Rooms, Cabana, and Gazebo). However any excess persons will have additional charge.
Venues to choose from are: The Garden, The Lobby Hall.
The Resort gates are open for all visitors for Day Use between 8 am to 6 pm every day.
Requests made during booking for early arrival, late check-out, particular rooms and additional services are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
It is your responsibility to inform the Resort Reservations any changes to the details you gave as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. Also, the Resort will not be held liable for the delay or failure to carry out an obligation or adjustment of the changes due to your failure or delay in informing the changes. In such cases of failure or delay, the Resort must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligation or adjustment.
A valid identification card or confirmation letter/receipt should be presented upon check-in. A reservation may be denied without refund for any refusal or inability to present valid identification.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to reserve and will be credited to the total cost of your accommodation/event(s). However, this deposit may not be refunded in the event you cancel all or part of your function.

Full Payment The estimated outstanding balance is due and payable 7 working days in advance of the function/accommodation.
Rescheduling of reservation
If you need to reschedule or change your reservation you must do so at a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. We understand that emergencies may arise, or you may just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose.
As long as you call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, we can reschedule your stay at no additional charge (as long as new dates do not have any surcharges). Any changes made inside of this 7 day window prior to your scheduled arrival will incur a fee of 50% of your total bill.
Rescheduling of reservation can be done once. If you want to reschedule it the second time there will be additional charge of 50% of your total bill.
Payment of refund is Bank Transfer to the account of the guest or by debiting to the Credit Card of the guest. Receipt of refund should be acknowledged by the guest. Refund would take 3 - 7 days to process it.
For group or corporate booking, cancellation can be confirmed with the Resort Reservations by the authorized representative for the group, or the person who made the reservations.
A valid security deposit is also required on check-in. This can be made with cash and is refunded after the room inspection at check-out. Inability to provide a security deposit may result in a reservation denial, without refund.
Resort is committed to protect your privacy, the confidentiality of personal information you provided us. The information you provide is necessary to process and confirm your reservation; and may include collecting this information in a personal profile. We may also collect information to allow us to properly process the payment of accounts.
The information you provide us may be used to: - Contact you in the event of an amendment to any reservations you hold - Create a profile to assist with any further reservations you made - To inform you by email, if you have so agreed when registering on our site, of our special offers and promotions that may be relevant to you
Food & Drinks
Bringing of Food and Drinks in the Resort may correspond to a corkage fee. This may be confirmed by contacting the Resort for further details.
Pets are not allowed in the resort.
Guests are reminded to mind their personal belongings. The Resort is not liable for such loss if there is negligence on the part of the guests, and after investigation, there is no evidence to warrant any negligence or mischief on the part of the Resort or its staff.
If for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, labor dispute, accident, act of war, act of God, fire, flood or other emergency condition, the Resort is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement, such nonperformance is excused and the Resort may terminate the Agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the Resort be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.
The Resort reserves the right to charge a service fee for set-up of rooms or other areas of the Resort with extraordinary requirements.
Photography and Filming
Photography is allowed as long as it is for personal use and not to be published in any other format. For prenup there will be corresponding fee for the use of the resort for photoshoot.
Promos and Special packages are offered from time to time and are subject to further terms and conditions that may or may not be detailed in the website. These terms and conditions may be confirmed by contacting the Resort Reservations prior to booking. Bookings for these promos indicate acceptance of all terms and conditions. Any promos may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Bookings of promo purchases are non-refundable.
